Muy atento y amable
The 2 video appointments I have had with Dr. Hupfeld have been rushed after he was 15 minutes late and a waste of time. When I tried to bring up any issues, he told me to talk to Tammy O'Riley (PA) about them. Why do I even have to see this guy? Feels like so the clinic can make money. Not to mention his staff is not very competent, but at least respond in a timely manner most of the time.
Worst doctor ever two years later still dealing with his competence. Not sure why the thyroid is so difficult to understand when it is your specialty!
They closed 30 minutes earlier than their official closing time which caused serious problems for me. Not entirely their fault since most of the blame should be put on Aetna.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Hupfeld for a couple of years now, and he is extremely knowledgeable and very caring. I truly believe he knows me and my son, and was willing to work with us and learn about the rare disease that we have. He is always very responsive and on top of my treatment, and has gone the extra mile to review images from another healthcare system and coordinate to ensure I am getting the best care. I highly recommend him!
