Coming from a place where trust is vary hard, Dr. Hartnick has done nothing but help me trust (transfered from another hospital) Every question, every concer, every worry... I provided all of these and was given the time and knowledge I needed as a mother (but it also took me opening my mouth to address the things i needed) he does listen and will listen but you can never assume others should read your mind. There is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Hartnick is a talented surgeon, but his ego gets in the way of him being an excellent doctor. If your child is medically complex is any way, proceed with caution.
Dr. Hartnick is fantastic. My son fractured his nose while we were on vacation at the cape. I wasn’t sure where to begin since we live in Chicago but I wanted him to be looked at by someone in Boston. I googled best ent doctors and Mass Eye and Ear came up so I called and was able to get my son in within 3 days after his accident. Not sure how we were so lucky to get Dr. Hartnick but we were beyond pleased with him. Wonderful doctor and a very nice person. He reset my son’s nose within a week of his accident. This was my first time going through something like this, and as a first-time mom, it was an incredibly emotional experience. Everything went perfectly well. Dr. Hartnick and his team were absolutely amazing—so patient, not only with Christopher but also with me. I was really emotional and cried so much, but they were incredibly supportive. Christopher was so brave, and the team made all the difference in helping us through the process. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you so much! 😊♥️🙏🏻
