I called to try to make an appointment as a new patient. Receptionist gave me a list of reasons and obstacles of why she can't help me instead of guidance on how to help me establish as a new patient. Wasn't very kind. Did not answer my questions or address my concerns. Would hardly allow me to speak. Poor first impression.
