Dr Drumm is amazing in everything he does. I think, medically I would be lost with out Dr. Drumm. He takes the time to listen to what is going on and makes recommendations for treatment. He never says, 'I'm the Doctor, that's why'. He cares for his patients.
They banned me from healthcare because of a negative review....
He cares about his patient and you can understand what he is telling you. He takes his time with your appointment and does not rush.
Knowledgeable and thorough with a great bedside manner. His "Top Doc" status in the Philadelphia area is well deserved!
I have being seeing Dr. Drumm for 5+ years. After a lot of searching for a new PCP, a friend recommended Dr. Drumm and I have thanked that friend multiple times. Dr. Drumm takes his time with patients, takes detailed notes to review at each visit, and takes a conservative approach to making medication changes/adjustments. I need to see another specialist as well and with each blood test Dr. Drumm and/or one of the PAs always reaches out to give notes on the results. Excellent. Worth every minute of wait time. Very easy to talk to. Listens and makes suggestions for your particular needs. He is one of the best Dr.’s I have had in primary Care.
He has very good bedside manners. That counts alot when you are a patient. He takes time to hear everything that is going on with you. He pays attention. Very proactive.
Dr.Drumm is the only doctor I have found in the area that I trust. He is honest and caring. I recommended him to everyone looking for a true caring doctor. He listens to everything I say and takes it into consideration. His staff is very friendly and professional. He is very popular and sometimes can be running behind but trust me, he is worth the wait.
I looked for years to find a primary care physician and was referred to Dr. Drumm by a friend. Dr. Drumm is a true doctor who cares about his patients. He can be 15 minutes behind schedule, you've waited 15 to see him, he'd have every right to start speeding up his appointments but he will not do it. He takes his time to review your last visit(s), how things have been since, discuss any concerns, and if needed discuss a route to improve anything necessary. Great doc and I highly recommend.
