I was the seller of my house and retained Chris Coiro as my real estate closing attorney. Chris was extremely professional and I felt very confident with him handling my closing. I had an issue with the buyer demanding that closing take place on or before the date. I needed the extra days and told Chris that I was in my house for 30 years and didn’t think I could get it done that fast.
