I would like to respond to the individual who gave Dr McMillan 5 stars and the ridiculous paragraph she wrote. I know he is not a therapist. He's there to prescribe meds. Does that give him the right to be rude and condescending? Treat people with common courtesy. It's not difficult.
This is the third time I had a horrible E.R. experience at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital. I was treated very bad. Nobody would give me a blanket, even though they saw me shivering. They left my legs dangling from the bed and did not offer to prop them up. They were monitoring my heart, which I didn't need. Advocate Christ Medical Center is in a class by itself. This is my go to hospital to say the lease. I have visited this hospital for one thing or another, Today I had an appointment for a colonoscopy screening with Dr. Micheal D’ Astice, MD a gastroenterologist/endoscopist. Today, I have to give a 5-star rating. THIS IS ALL BECAUSE OF NURSE CHARNISE A. in Wound Care. She is simply amazing!! My mom has been receiving care at this office for at least a couple of months now. I went to the emergency here at Good Samaritan Hospital off of a fever, SOB, and found out I could’ve died off of my condition. Never had it before, but was scared! This is the company that is supposed to fulfill my Bi-PAP supplies. I cannot ever get ahold of anyone on the phone and when I do they cannot fulfill my order. It is now going on 5 months and I still cannot get new supplies and the ones I have are wearing out. Healthcare should be serious, but this organization just does not seem to care at all.
My Experience with Irina has been total frustration. I would make an appointment go to the office and it was canceled on my., She stormed out of the office while I standing there verbally screaming at someone on the phone with her foul language. I'm not surprised I'm seeing other negative reviews on this doctor. I will not be going back to this place
