Today, when I walked into the office Diana, Receptionist welcomed me with a smile. She communicated to me that I would be seen soon. Ten minutes later, Karen, nurse assistant called my name and guided me to a room. I was scheduled a ABI Test. Karen was very informative, letting me know step by step the process and what to expect.
