In and out in a timely manner. Great X-ray and explanation of the problem.
I made an appointment to see a doctor with spine specialty credentials. I was bait and switched to see a PA without forewarning. The PA was excellent, thorough, and laid out a plan of action I am comfortable with. I did, however, disrespected by the assumption that it’s acceptable to have anyone pinch hit for the doc I researched and selected.
