The worst ! Stay away!
Dr. Bacani administered anesthesia to me for my ureteroscopy. I was impressed immensely by how much personal/personalized attention I got from him. He was charming, witty and friendly while staying professional.
This doctor broke both my front teeth even though he was cautioned to be very careful. He did not write down my concerns nor use the safety device designed to prevent this damage. I even had to sue him to get him to pay my dental expenses. I would not recommend him.
