Dr. Kim is a amazing doctor. You are not just a chart with Dr Kim, he really cares about his patients. Takes his time and listens. He answers all my questions. He goes beyond! Dr Kim is not a weight management Dr and he is helping with my weight issue. Has given me a great Mediterranean diet I just started, and has encouraged me to use a app on my smart phone to keep track of calorie intake. Talk about going beyond! Thank you Dr Kim for all you do....

He told my insurance company that he won’t refill my Prilosec prescription because I was no longer a patient. When I was in to see him, he told me that I needed a follow up in three years but told my insurance company that I am no longer a patient because I haven’t been back for over a year. He was the one who told me to return in three years! What a jerk.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Kim. He is impersonal. He looked at the computer screen the entire time he was giving me my diagnosis rather than looking me in the eye to have a conversation with me. He spoke to me in a condescending tone when he answered my questions. He rushed me through all my appointments. I interacted with him three times and all of my experiences were negative so I have left his practice .I would not recommend him to my family or friends.

As good as they get, I have had 2 procedures by this doctor. I highly recommend him and DDA the office he is associated with.
Dr. Carl Mele is very personable and thorough. He is very compassionate w/ my chronic illness. I highly recommend Dr. CARL Mele. His medical assist Jessica is timely, sweet, communicates well. This past time I was checked in by Sandy who was very kind and thorough. Last summer the triage nurse was disrespectful to me. I spoke to a manager and was told, "Oh that's just the way she talks." Almost left the practice but stayed because of Dr. Carl Mele!
He is very knowledgeable and empathetic. hHis bedside manner is very professional and I believe he is trustworthy. I have been his patient for years and he puts me at ease during procedures.
Dr. Kim took all the time necessary to discuss my issue. Gave me several choices and gave me his recommendation on this urgent matter. He then walked me to the scheduling person and explained to her why expediency was necessary.
Dr. Ibrahim listened patiently to my questions in this follow-up visit to a brief hospital stay. He reviewed my medical records with me including the results of some diagnostic tests and lab work. I never felt rushed by him and was very satisfied with his explanations. He certainly was thorough, and I was very comfortable with his knowledge. My wife is a retired registered nurse and accompanied to this office visit and was satisfied as well.
I would recommend anyone to Dr. Kim. I was to see him Thursday, July 14th. and had a very good visit with him. He explained and listened to any problems or questions I had. He is very concerned about my problems and my work. At 78 years of age he is concerned that I do not volunteer for any extra work. I told him I do want to do at least what I can. I know what I am responsible for and do just that. I appreciate his concern about me. I have been with him for a number of years. I am very grateful
