He always listens to my many questions! I feel comfortable discussing everything with him without embarrassment. When I have procedures done I feel I am in good hands with him and the team. I tend to talk a lot but after a few years he knows my personality and still answers everything with a smile. That’s amazing!
Good
I was very scared made me feel very at ease surgery went well
Dr. Christopher Ibrahim is an excellent physician with a great bedside manner, even has a sense of humor! Going to a gastroenterologist can be an embarrassing visit. Dr. Ibrahim is very kind, caring, patient, informative, and gets to the bottom of the problem. Highly recommend without reservation! A+
He told my insurance company that he won’t refill my Prilosec prescription because I was no longer a patient. When I was in to see him, he told me that I needed a follow up in three years but told my insurance company that I am no longer a patient because I haven’t been back for over a year. He was the one who told me to return in three years! What a jerk.
Business response:
Unfortunately, this sounds like a serious miscommunication. Please contact our office at 610.374.4401 x155 to talk to our practice manager to get this issue resolved.
As good as they get, I have had 2 procedures by this doctor. I highly recommend him and DDA the office he is associated with.
Dr. Ibrahim listened patiently to my questions in this follow-up visit to a brief hospital stay. He reviewed my medical records with me including the results of some diagnostic tests and lab work. I never felt rushed by him and was very satisfied with his explanations. He certainly was thorough, and I was very comfortable with his knowledge. My wife is a retired registered nurse and accompanied to this office visit and was satisfied as well.
I arrived at the Digestive Diseases office today and was informed that I would be getting Dr. Ibrahim to do my colonoscopy. I thought I was scheduled with my regular doctor, Dr. Rai - so I was a little upset. When I spoke to Dr. Ibrahim he seemed very nice so I agreed to go ahead with the colonoscopy Dr. Ibrahim explained everything and I told him to do a good job - which he did. He went over the results with me and I found him to be very professional and easy to talk to. 5 stars for him!!
