Excellent care and educational discussions regarding cardiac healthcare for family member. Listened to all concerns, gave more information than any other cardiologist. Really appreciated his bedside manner, humbleness, communication style to connect with patient and approach to treatments, surgery and follow-up care. Has a great relationship with his patients and staff.
During a stress test it was determined that I had a flutter. I feel very fortunate that Dr. Hong was available at that time to treat me. Dr. Hong displayed extreme proficiency in his field but also was able to immediately put me at ease and was excellent at explaining a very technical issue in simple terms. Decisions concerning my health were left up to me but with excellent guidance by Dr. Hong which resulted in a successful outcome.
