Let me make this perfectly clear: The landlord is responsible for any paperwork that is not filed - not me. If you don't tell me to fill it out, how can I? My dog has lived here 2 years. Both managers knew and didn't ask me to fill out paperwork on my dog. If they had, I would. I did when asked. This is not a lease violation.
