"Dr Holloway cancelled all my future appointments today because I called up and asked to speak to him about one of his staff that was rude over the phone to me. He’s a good Doctor. I won’t take that away from him, however it’s not good business practice to cancel patients/customers who refuse to let people treat them poorly. I guess in todays environment it’s easier to dismiss a patient as opposed to properly train office staff and/or find staff who can be both capable in their duties and an ambassador for the business.
