Office staff takes their time to call in prescriptions and doesn't follow through with what they say on the phone. Left multiple messages with his nurses to call in a refill, and they let it go for days past the refill date, always saying they would tell the doctor to call it in but they never did. Either that or he doesn't bother calling in needed prescriptions and just takes his time and doesn't care.
Dr. Henson is kind, patient and listens. He takes his time with you and makes you feel like a valuable human, not just a cog in a machine like other physicians I have seen.
My first visit as a new patient, was awesome the front staff was very polite, and the MA was great very polite and friendly she treat us like she knew us for a long time. Dr.Henson was very nice and help us to understand about the new meds.office was very clean and quite (might need some music)
Always up to date on recent tests from other providers and very knowledgeable of your health issues. Highly recommended!
