Bad attention, long wait times for my appointments, the doctor makes you wait a long time to see you and when he sees you, he only sees the file and that's it. There is no flexibility with appointments they give you months ahead. He’s too busy find another doctor.
Dr. Heitzman is my doctor. I've been in several doctors that walk into an exam room and listen to them for maybe a minute or 2 and they're out. Dr. Heitzman is differnt. He'll sit down and listen to what I'm saying or asking. It's like a actual conversation. It's almost like sittinng down with a friend.
I've been seeing him for several years and as of today had my final visit as he really doesn't give good care. I would recommend you see someone else!
