Dr. Heitzman is truly a wonderful doctor. He is kind and compassionate. He is extremely thorough and listens to your needs. I highly recommend him and I do to all my family and friends in the area. My son, bf and his son, along with my mom and dad are all patients of his.
Bad attention, long wait times for my appointments, the doctor makes you wait a long time to see you and when he sees you, he only sees the file and that's it. If that's a doctor's appointment, what bad attention to the patient? Another thing: You ask a question and he doesn't answer you correctly. Good way, I'll have to look for another doctor....
There is no flexibility with appointments they give you months ahead. He’s too busy find another doctor.
