I have seen Dr Hawkins 3 times now and every time I've had to wait an hour and a half. You cannot get through to his office as he has AI answering the phones. In my opinion, he is an asshole. Verry rude and condescending. I will not go back.

Horrible experience. Had to wait 2 months for an appointment, which is understandable for a specialty clinic. Dr. Hall had to reschedule my appointment three business days before resulting in a huge schedule shuffle on my part, but no problem, I understand schedules change. The day of my appointment I arrived 11 minutes late because the text message I received sent me to building 1740 instead of building 1760. My husband has renal cell carcinoma and was ignored when he complained about pain in his back and he needed up in the ER due to a tumor that grew and broke his L1. We had repeatedly called Dr Jayram staff, nurse and dr;s on call about the severe pain he was experiencing and it was ignored. Dr Jayram was his primary dr at this place and he neglected to have a qualified team member available to take care of my husband letting the tumor destroy his spine and never getting him pain management for Stage 4 cancer.
