I came in today with my left ear completely blocked. I tried Debrox and it clogged my ear. I went to an urgent care on Sunday and they could not help me. Mr. Ha listened to the issues that led to my visit and then kindly and patiently explained his process in removing the buildup as he worked, using a gentle vacuum to remove the blockage.
