He has a high level of self-confidence. Showed little interest in listening to the Patient. Was dismissive of the Patient’s health issue. Patient received no information or plan of care for the cardiology issue referred for. Scary. Patient will look for a Cardiologist with a little less self-confidence.
I was advised to follow up with cardiac dr due ti health issues. This dr was an hr late, but no apologies at all. No hand shake or greeting, really. I asked him about concerns and he goes through several explanations but didn't listen or help. I felt like I would get better info at Immediate care centers. The dr didn't even say goodbye just walked out. I get they have a lot to deal with, but my time is valuable as well.
Dr. Henes answers questions and returns calls even when busy. I appreciate his willingness to listen to me as it was my first time seeing a cardiologist.
Rude, condescending, and curt. Never in my life have I left a doctor's office feeling so disturbed by their behavior. I'm not sure what's going on with his life but he needs to leave it at home.
