I purchased a vehicle, it had a mechanical issue. They took it back and fixed it, and worked around my schedule instead of ignoring. They were amazing, and i truly appreciated their help. I would recommend them to anyone.
Christopher is the best.
Been too many German Auto repair shop in the Seattle area. All of them did not diagnose my Porsche Chris figured it out in probably about 10 minutes. I was astonished. I’ve taken all my cars and he is not disappointed if you own a German car it’s in your favor to take it to him.
Chris ruined my engine and I had to take it to the dealership to fix the damage he caused misdiagnosing the problem. When I showed him the paperwork from the dealership detailing what actually had needed to be fixed, he screamed obscenities at me and told me to get out of his shop. Avoid like the plague.
Called twice a few days apart and spoke with Chris. First time he told me to call back a different day. Second time he said he would call back. Never called back… hope existing business is good enough to not care about new customers.
