Someone told me that " happy patients don't leave reviews," so I'm here to correct that defect. Dr.Larsen is highly trained and well qualified, in my opinion this would have been a much rougher experience without his expertise and the top notch team involved in my Inspire implant adventure. I had a positive experience with Dr. Larsen. He was very friendly and took the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions I had. I experienced more pain than anticipated after the biopsy and the nurse, Jill, responded quickly to call in what I needed. From the receptionist to the nurse and Dr. Larsen, everyone was kind and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Larsen’s office!
Dr. Larsen was rude and he had no time for his patients. He didn’t want to hear about the problems. Very very disappointed. He says something nurse says something else. Will be finding another ENT who could treat my husband in a more efficient way.
Dr. Larsen was rude and dismissive; he didn’t want to hear about the problems I had been having with my sinuses for years. He spent less than 5 minutes with me and charged me a boatload which fortunately my insurance was able to cover (outside of $30). I did do a sleep study which found mild sleep apnea but it still doesn’t explain why my sinuses close all the time and why I constantly have sinus infections and issues. Very disappointed.
