Poor response, lack of communication. I came to Dr. Boquist a few years back as a referral and was issued medication for anxiety. I ran out a few weeks back, have called repeatedly after having my prescription denied by the provider. I've tried reaching them through the app and have called between 3-5 times throughout the last 2 weeks with zero response. Looking for a physician is not an easy task. I found Dr. Boquist online and scheduled my visit. It took over 6 months to get a visit but his staff was very nice! He listened to my questions, addressed each one of them and was very professional. I finally found someone I can trust and highly recommend him and his team!
