Very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and excellent at explaining options, testing, and creating a solid plan. Everything was reviewed before I left. It seemed to be important to him that I understood everything that was discussed. Plenty of time for me to ask questions. He was very reassuring and honest. I highly recommend s him.

My mother was here yesterday at 3:00 n waited til after closing time in a room iy got quite so she walked out to find all the employees locking up n leaving not realizing my mother was NEVER seen but placed in a room and all they could say was im sorry would u like to reschedule!!! This is sooo un exceptable !!!
Dr. Chung and his excellent team did an extensive surgery (4-1/2 hrs) on my friend and everything worked out wonderfully well. He has a great demeanor, was good about explaining what to expect for the Whipple Procedure, and I'm grateful that there are experts like him who want to help others.

Very disappointed in the professionalism from the office staff. In an effort to resolve the situation with office manager, I was advised she was out of office, then transferred to voice mail which did not pick up, and then promised a return phone call which never happened.
Myself and my whole family have always appreciated the compassionate care from here. Low wait times for ER and they now have convenient care and MedNow, which makes it even more easily accessible. Newer half of the facility is very user friendly and so is their main office building, adjoined to it.
Dear Dr. Madder: Assuming you are the cardiac surgeon who put three stents in my circumflex artery, on January 13, 2015, via the daVinci robot, at the Meijer Heart Center...I just wanted to tell you that I swam 3,000 yards, an e-postal event for Masters Swimming, a week or so ago, approximately two minutes faster than I swam the same event last fall.
