It’s a nice and cozy place, very clean and welcoming with many attributes of the animals welfare. Dr Gold was compassionate and took his time to go over an x-ray .. also provided me with the cost of the x-ray service which was helpful in making a decision. However when I got to the reception to pay my bill . The reception told me that Dr Gold made a mistake again and that a cat’s x-ray was 300$ not 200$ and that the Dr. needs to be told not to do that again lol. I called as a potential new patient with my new puppy. And was immediately turned off by the attitude of the receptionist. I wanted to ask a few questions and the attitude I was met with was despicable. Remember, the receptionist is the face of your office.
Took my dog for a routine Librela shot that I have been taking him about sixteen month.first the technician gave him the shot and as I was about to check out, she ran out to the reception area, telling me that, she has to give him a stronger shot, when I asked her why and if this is something new,what she told me didn’t make any sense,the Doctor also came out to explain why, he also didn’t make any sense. Dr Chris and the ladies up front as well as the rest of there staff are truly wonderful and we highly recommend.
Dr. Elson is an excellent veterinarian! Yes, knowledge, but also not as concerned about the money as the animal. This is the way it should be. We just came from a vet that was way overcharging. Mill Plain Vet is a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Dr. Elson. We will be bringing our chocolate lab back!
