Mill Plain has been taking care of my animals for a while. We had a really bad experience with another clinic this last week telling us we had to put our cat to sleep or bring him home to die. We brought him home and I got a second opinion from Dr. Chris. From the start we felt comfortable with the staff. Dr. Chris assessed Oscar and we left there with an antidote that began improving Oscar’s condition within an hour (which is exactly what he said he expected to happen) Thank you! You guys are hero’s.
For nine years, I have trusted Mill Plain Vet with my pets, experiencing changes from Dr. Sheldon Steinmetz’s ownership to the merger with Noah's Ark. At first, I was disappointed by the new front desk staff and Dr. Priscilla Whittington, feeling the care had declined from what I’d known. I can’t thank Mill Plain Veterinary Clinic and their incredible staff enough for fitting my dog in for an emergency appointment on a Saturday. Dr. Chris Elson is an exceptional veterinarian—his patience, compassion, and expertise were truly appreciated as he carefully diagnosed what was wrong.
