Chris did a thorough job of designing a Generac home standby generator for us. The installation went well and efficiently. Chris failed to deliver a promotional portable generator as promised and the company is not supporting the product. The generator lost internet connectivity and is not operating properly. The company has not returned 5 phone calls and 2 emails. We would not recommend the company to anyone. They do not deliver all that they promise and do not support the product they sell.
