DR. GEE IS VERY GOOD. THE OFFICE STAFF IS AWFUL & GETS ZERO 🌟. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN, ITS NOT EASY FOR ME TO USE THE INTERNET, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THE OFFICE. DR GEE'S OFFICE STAFF IS AWFUL, THE OFFICE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED. REPEATED PHONE CALLS TO THE OFFICE TO GET A PRESCRIPTION REFILLED WAS NEVER ADDRESSED. THE OFFICE STAFF AND OFFICE MANAGER NEVER DID THEIR JOB. SEEMS NO ONE CARES. THE GIRL AT THE OFFICE TELLS ME CHECK IN ONLINE, I TOLD HER I DONT HAVE A SMART PHONE. POORLY RUN OFFICE. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
I agree with the first person. Dr. Gee is great. The office is TERRIBLE!!!!!!
Please don't believe the first one star rating. The rater did say Dr gee was fantastic and I agree. unfortunately he gave the one star, it seems, based on qualities that Dr gee is not in control of. Dr g is professional and thorough patient and kind. Highly recommend!
Dr Gee is fantastic. Optum formerly ProHealth has farmed all their customer service to some far away land. From my interactions with them, I don't even think they are US based. You can NEVER reach some one directly at the office. A simple task like refill or appt now takes 15-20 mins. The calls are routed to who knows where and these third parties have to download your chart each time. Who knows what they are even doing with this info. TERRIBLE.
