His receptionist is so disorganized, unprofessional and petty that it has cost him a patient. Unable to own her mistake in failing to put an order in with the pharmacy, she went on instead to belittle the patient in the most condescending manner imaginable. The patient (referred only because he takes Medicaid) is actually choosing to pay out-of-pocket with her regular orthopedist rather than waste another moment dealing with this kind of irresponsible mismanagement. Embarrassing to say the least
I have seen Dr Clevenger for knee and foot issues and I have been very happy with how he has addressed these problems and with how easy and relaxed my visits have been.
