The experience was great and fluid. I had an 8:20 AM appointment and immediately taken for X-Rays and within minutes I was in to see the Dr. Very thorough and caring. Overall a great experience if you need to see an orthopedic. Highly recommend Dr. Baker..
My husband has permanent issues with his knee and just wanted to talk about pain management and potential solutions. Baker essentially dismissed him, didn’t look at his knee and spent less than 2 minutes talking to him. Making it clear that he didn’t feel it was ‘in his pay grade’. The front of house staff were also rude and condescending. His PA was great, however.
