Mr Duncan is nice enough, for the 3 minutes he was able to bless me with. I'm sure he probably knows what he is doing, too. His officr staff however, does not. If the doctor has a set rate for new patient visits, disclose it before the visit. Do not send a surprise bill a month later after assuring us that there doesnt appear to be any charge for today's visit. You also did not have us sign any documents agreeing to such a charge. Dr. Duncan was very polite to me and he explained everything very clearly. As well he is very knowledgeable and understanding.
Dr. Duncan is WONDERFUL! Very personable and will see him when needed and for my future colonoscopy's - everyone's favorite.
