I scheduled a visit to get my prescription meds renewed, because Urgent Care told me I had to work with a Primary Care Physician. I waited over a month to get in, just to be told that my previous PCP was correct in refusing me service, he was also not going to help me, and that I needed to see a psychiatrist for my meds, when I literally told him already that none were available for months, and I needed my sleep medication NOW, and had been without it for over a month already. Very thorough, friendly, good listener, asks your opinions and thoughts on treatment. Staff is great at responding to questions and messages, too. Highly recommend!
