Dr. Chai is very sensitive to the needs of an active older person. He has kept me well and active for the past three years. He always explains things well and does not talk down to me like many health care employees try to do.
My husband and I will miss Dr. Chai. His recent retirement was not a complete surprise to us, but finding a new doctor who comes anywhere close to being as wonderful as Dr. Chai, seems an impossible task. We wish him all the best. Laura and Stephen Walmsley
Both my husband and I love Dr Chai. He is one of the BEST physicians we have ever had in our 75+ years. He listens, he is calm and proactive. When we were on vacation this year, hubby forgot his thyroid meds-quick call to his office and pills waiting for us in Bend, Oregon. Good work, Dr Chai.
Dr. Chai is my favorite doc yet. He's professional and super chill. I love the way he gives information and how he helps me understand what I need. He is a nice, attentive man, and I hope I can keep him forever.

My girlfriend and I are stranded in Puerto Rico and she has run out of insulin. We’ve left countless messages over the weekend and today a Monday and his staff is unwilling to help transfer a prescription to the island. He may have too many patients at this time if he’s unable to take to address a life or death medical emergency. Don’t trust with anything important.
Dr. Chai is top of the list and I have seen a lot of different doctors in my 52 years. Dr. Chai is very knowledgeable, professional, listen intently and comes up with a plan of action that will benefit you. Glad I was able to find a doctor like him.
I sought out Dr. Chai because my primary care Doctor of 15 years closed his practice. Dr. Chai had good reviews. And after my first visit I will say Dr. Chai is great. Very nice man. Takes the time to listen and learn about your medical needs. Explain things to you. And he seems very genuinely interested in your care. I was called into the exam room on time, and Dr. Chai saw me very promptly. I would certainly recommend Dr. Chai if you are looking for a new primary care doc!
