I've seen Dr. South twice while hospitalized at Jewish Hospital. During both visits, he was very engaging, personable, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly deduce, during the first hospitalization, that my severely elevated liver enzymes were due to antibiotics I was being given. Therefore, I was quite relieved when I saw I was scheduled to see him during my second hospitalization.
