I've seen Dr. South twice while hospitalized at Jewish Hospital. During both visits, he was very engaging, personable, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly deduce, during the first hospitalization, that my severely elevated liver enzymes were due to antibiotics I was being given. Therefore, I was quite relieved when I saw I was scheduled to see him during my second hospitalization. Dr. South was very attentive to all of my questions and answered them completely. His staff was very efficient and friendly.
Dr South is extremely attentive and validated how I was feeling. He confirmed a rare diagnosis that other doctors had pushed aside, but that I have felt I’ve had for some time. He took the time to listen and answer all of my questions! Also, no wait time in the lobby at all!
