Dr. Mudd and his staff have treated me like a part their family. Super nice and friendly, yet professional. Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, making my experience of knee replacement surgery much less stressful than I could imagine.

After replacing my hip in 2017, when I recently needed TKR, Dr. Mudd was my go to surgeon. I am now 11 weeks out, and my recovery is ahead of schedule. Dr. Mudd is the best knee and hip surgeon in St. Louis in my opinion. Office staff is excellent as well.
I came into the office having a really frustrating day, and honestly, I wasn’t in the best mood. But Dr. Mudd and the entire staff showed me nothing but kindness, patience, and professionalism. They treated me with such care and respect, even when I wasn’t at my best—and that says a lot about their character. The doctor took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and made me feel genuinely cared for. I’m truly grateful for their compassion and how they made a difficult day feel a little easier. Thank you!
