Dr. Knotts excels at balancing professionalism with warm friendliness. Despite being very knowledgeable, he does not come across as condescending or aloof. He does bump fists rather than shake hands, but nobody's perfect. 😂 Seriously, though, when you are on the OR table you don't want to second guess your surgeon's capabilities. Knotts is really top notch and was well deserving of my confidence in him. Upper bleph, june 2026
