This man is absolutely amazing. He took his time to talk to me on the side away from my father to discuss things I didn’t want to ask in front of him. He replies quickly on the patient portal and always signs his name as Chris. The most unpretentious doctor I’ve ever met but he’s not on the list of Charlotte’s top radiation oncologists and I think that has to be a major oversight. You can’t go wrong choosing to see him.
Dr Corso is an amazing doctor. First off, wait time was very short. We then saw his PA, who was fantastic and even printed out information for us. Then shortly Dr. Corso came into the room. He really took the time to explain in detail the rare cancer that my Dad has. He was the first one of a round of doctors that really described what he had and even drew a picture to illustrate it. Dr. Corso is nothing short of a blessing to his patients. He is kind, compassionate, takes his time with you, is very intelligent, and most of all, he truly cares about each patient. He saved my life My situation was/is complicated and he was so supportive and sincerely concerned about my circumstances. It is a major mistake for Atrium Shelby to transfer him to Pineville.
