Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through. My lab orders were submitted the same day, but my infusion order wasn’t requested until over a week after my results came in, delaying my care. I was told authorization had been requested, but my insurance confirmed multiple times that no request was ever submitted. I was then given conflicting information about whether authorization was even needed, which caused even more confusion. My wife has been going to Dr Braden for a couple of years. He is a very thorough and detailed Oncologist. He knows how to take care of his patients and how to keep them stay well. He does not hurry up with our check ups and answers all our questions.
Doctor Braden continues to be the best!!
