I can’t effuse enough over my experience with Dr. Braden yesterday. What an incredibly kind and patient doctor! After entering the office with tears in my eyes and a stomach in knots, I left joyfully armed with knowledge and a plan to implement. He devoted a great deal of time to me, drawing out illustrations on paper, and explaining the scientific processes in a way that I could understand. Dr Braden is Intelligent , knowledgeable, well educated, professional , attentive, clinically minded decision making and if thats not enough Dr Braden is kind, friendly personable and a all around super nice person. If I could rank him higher I would , Dr Braden is by far the best Physician I have seen in my 62 years

Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through. My lab orders were submitted the same day, but my infusion order wasn’t requested until over a week after my results came in, delaying my care. I was told authorization had been requested, but my insurance confirmed multiple times that no request was ever submitted. I was then given conflicting information about whether authorization was even needed, which caused even more confusion.
