I would give him zero stars if i could he needed information from me and didnt give any time to get him the information i needed to get him and proceded to call me a liar which in return he would not fill my medication so i get him the information he asked for sent it to him twice proveing he was wrong and i was not lieing what did he do still would not fill my medication smh and would not allow me to see him why would that huh i get you everything you ask for and you refuse me after you call my a liar which never in my 38 y... read more
My previous doctor retired and I was recommended to Dr Czapp about 3 years ago. He takes the time to listen, is not in a hurry with your appointment, and genuinely wants to make sure you are taken care of. Tries to fit you in quickly at the last minute if needed. Staff at Washington Twp office is very friendly. Office is clean.
I've waited a long time to write this review and I hope if you are a patient of Dr. Czapp's you take the time to read this for your own sake. He was my primary care doctor for a time. Despite me telling him I was in pain, having trouble eating, extremely fatigued, having collapsing spells, and ending up in the ER with signs of starvation (including an over 30lb weight loss in a matter of 2 weeks) he never took my symptoms seriously.
