Very professional and caring!
They overcharged my kid's office visit. When questioned, they state the deductible has not been met. This is just an office visit. Even when the insurance company directly talked to them, They keep talking about a deductible. Terrible practice! I don't see why we have to pay $115 per office visit when it should be $4-$22. They have lost 2 patients
Man where do I begin. Initially scheduled my mom with this Dr after seeing all the 5 star reviews on Zocdoc and Google (thanks for the let down ppl). He is young, inexperienced and arrogant. Which would all be tolerable if he was knowledgeable and had DECENT bedside manner. He walks in, doesn't greet his patients. this place is a total joke. I came here based on good ratings but yet when it came to an Achilles injury, I suffered Dr. Carrelis has no idea where to send me to get it scanned and imaged. Now here I am on month two without even a diagnosis yet. The first time they sent me to an ultrasound place and they told me they did not do that type of test.
