Christopher Contracting is an experienced and dependable contractor who leveled our home and promoted open communication during the whole process. His team worked diligently and professionally to accomplish the job and solve our problems with minimal interruption to our daily routine. They came in promptly at 8am and stopped work at 5pm. I’ve never in our 30 yrs of working with contractors had such a pleasant experience and satisfaction with the work performed.
When our home developed a significant crack in the brick—nearly ½ inch wide—we knew we needed professional help to address the issue. After receiving an initial estimate from RamJack, Lara of the Renovation LAB recommended we get a second opinion from Christopher Contracting and we are so glad we did! RamJack’s assessment involved installing piles around the entire perimeter of our home and four additional piles in the interior. Great experience and the process was well communicated from start to finish. I highly recommend Christopher Contracting!
They leveled my house in 2018. It was OK for about 5 years when the house started cracking up again. First let me say that they no longer answer the phones consistently. They wait days to return a call. The lady I eventually talked to made it clear that my warranty was useless but did agree to send someone over to look at it. They called a plumber for me who did a test and found several sewer line leaks, which voided the warranty. The plumbers excavated and fixed the leaks for $16,000.
