Always professional. Wait is never long and Dr Combs does a great job of explaining things that you are dealing with and what you need to do to fix it.
The star rating is NOT about the doctor's and staff but is about the new payment requirements.The doctors are kind, knowledgeable and seem to really care. I still go to them although it is frustrating that they have to collect such a large payment up front. So many people, understandably, would have to not go see a doctor even if they really need to. Makes me sad.
Dr. Combs is always prompt, addresses my concerns with follow up plans if issues arise. He's wonderful@
For simple check-ins for prescriptions refills would love to do it virtually or phone call
