Unfortunately the entire staff were very cold and uncaring--especially attending Physician assistant CHRISTOPHER CLEVELAND, who offered ZERO concern, compassion or help. He was dismissive and arrogant. He made an assumption about my intentions that was not only incorrect, but insulting. He treated me like he couldn't care less. I entered this urgent care facility with a genuine need for compassionate care. I walked out feeling like an unvaluable human being. 😓😓💧💧💧💧💧💧💧
