Always great attention. All's the staff very welcome and communicative.
My husband and I were looking for a new PCP. Dr Ciccarelli was very friendly. He asked questions, had answers and was genuinely interested. The staff was also very friendly. Update: We have been going to Dr Ciccarelli now for a few years. He is very attentive. Asks questions and listens. This past visit he was more talkative. I love that he added a personal note to the visit. The staff is still super!
I can’t recommend this doctor and can attest to what the other reviewers one star reviews are accurate and true. -Appointments are rushed and I went in there with a couple of issues and I was told to pick one and schedule an appointment for the other. It’s all about the money. More visits. -Every-time CVS calls his office for refill on a prescription, he denies it. If I’m an active patient why does it matter? Are you paying for the medication?
