I felt uncomfortable, due to payment arrangements. Your staff failed to discuss financial issues before surgery. I got a call 50 minutes before my surgery asking for $1325 and when I didn't have it, it dropped to $879. They finally agreed on a payment plan and it was shortly after11 a.m. I arrived at 10:27 a.m and wasn't seen until close to two. Dr. Chen seems nice, but I don't really think he treated me as he would treat others.
Dr. Chen was wonderful took time with me explained what could be done. He did not hurt me when I got my injections. Thank you Dr. Chen.
Dr Chen is a very excellent doctor easy to talk to.
Working with Dr Chen has been great, he is very clear on the process and precise and is clear on the what the steps are. Very happy with how everything turned out for me!
Dr. Chen was a very excellent surgeon. The staff in the OR was great. I wasn't too happy with scheduling people.
