Dr chandoke doesnt care, I have been struggling with cervical issues for 11 yrs. He is a mean doctor , I also struggle with high anxeity. He yelled at me during and epidural that didnt help. The first dr brennan missed and still had to pay for that, chandoke gave me my second, after spending 6 mths in physical therapy , still in pain, explained to him his gabepentin isnt working and envourage me to keep taking tylenol arthritis and advil with 2 gabepentin, i felt like crap on all this medicine. I had an unbelievably bad experience as I tried to utilized Michael Swank's team to find out information for a hip replacement. The physician talked briefly about the procedure and then went into a reel regarding his research. I then was sent to his scheduler's office, Heather Spencer who provided me with more information. She required a $500 deposit in order to ensure I would show up for surgery. I am assuming that has been a problem in the past. He is a QUACK! He will charge you & your insurance company for crap never done! When I discovered false $, he sent it to collections! RUN!
I had a consultation to day with Dr Chandoke all I can say is I will be canceling my appointment and Physical therapy and finding a new doctor through my primary care physician. He did not seem to care about what I'm going through he is errogant and a plain jerk I've never been treated by any other Beacon doctors like the way he did me so all I will finish with is beware of him no good!
By far the worst experience We have ever had with a doctors office/ physical therapy. I was truly troubled by the way things were handled by staff and sadly a surgeon. I suppose that’s what happens when your pushing people in and out like a herd of cattle. Glad that experience is over and we have moved forward to a much more careful office and physical therapy facility. ( you won’t find hydraulic tables at beacon) wish we had known then what we know now to say the least !!!
This guy is a joke. He should not be practicing. He is flirtatious and very rude. I had to go get a test for my neuropathy and I was excited to see how it came out. He asks me what the doctor said who performed the test. Did not even tell me. Then he proceeds to tell me that he is expecting a phone call and that he has to get it.
