Dr Chen is friendly and approachable, answers questions respectfully and is always on time.
Dr Chen is an awesome surgeon, I’ve had three surgeries with him and they’ve all turned out successfully. He is A very compassionate and caring doctor, who listens to his patients and is always looking out for their best interest. I highly recommend Dr Chen. Jenny Haverland

I felt uncomfortable, due to payment arrangements. Your staff failed to discuss financial issues before surgery. I got a call 50 minutes before my surgery asking for $1325 and when I didn't have it, it dropped to $879. They finally agreed on a payment plan and it was shortly after11 a.m. I arrived at 10:27 a.m and wasn't seen until close to two. Dr. Chen seems nice, but I don't really think he treated me as he would treat others.
Dr. Chen was wonderful took time with me explained what could be done. He did not hurt me when I got my injections. Thank you Dr. Chen.
