Dr. is wonderful. Attentive and reflects true empathy for his patients. I would rate him above 5. However, his nurse was shockingly rude. My experience with her today left my jaw on the floor. Just short of inhumane and completely unacceptable. I have never been treated with such beligerance. When there is an urgent need for assistance for my family, it's expected that I will be heard and provided appropriate information. Dr. Camilleri is great. One of his nurses I spoke to on the phone today was very rude. Said she would only give me a 30 day prescription because I haven't been there since 2020, which is actually incorrect. I was there in Aug of 2021. Spoke to another nurse there a few weeks ago and she said everything was fine since I had just been there in Aug 2021. Ok, which is it? It's not easy to find insurance and another PCP when you relocate to another state and this rude nurse was very unsympathetic to my needs.
