Dr. is wonderful. Attentive and reflects true empathy for his patients. I would rate him above 5. However, his nurse was shockingly rude. My experience with her today left my jaw on the floor. Just short of inhumane and completely unacceptable. I have never been treated with such beligerance. When there is an urgent need for assistance for my family, it's expected that I will be heard and provided appropriate information.
