Dr. Barber has treated me for at least 25 years. He is extremely talented, kind, genuine and I my opinion the best cardiologist in Wilmington, NC and beyond!
I had triple bypass surgery. 82 years old. Did not have a Cardiologist. Dr Barber agree to become my heart Dr. First meeting today 1-11-24.. when he walked in the room, I had the sense that the Lord had me in the right place. Surgery by Dr Kanes team a major success. Cardiac rehab going great.
Always an excellent experience with Dr. Barber. Have been going to him for 7 years. Live 4 hours away, but always make a trip back to see him yearly.
Dr. Barber has been my heart doctor since 2006. I am truly blessed to have been under his care these years. My heart was pumping at 25% in 2006 and and it has been normal for quite a few years. This doctor listens to you and takes the time to fully understand your situation. He is compassionate, caring and very intelligent. His staff are excellent and wait time is minimal.
