Obvious inexperience with patients with any trauma or anxiety, made medical decisions that only made things worse and more traumatic. Admitted he was at fault and apologized but does not take away from trauma he caused due to his inexperience. I will never go back to this ER. I did not feel safe but rather was treated like a prisoner. No food or water was offered to me. I had to drink from the tap. His medical report was false to cover himself for his mistakes.
