Extremely disappointing experience with Christopher Glass. In late spring of 2026, they came out promptly to inspect a broken lock on our balcony door and told us they would send a quote. Then we heard nothing. After multiple attempts to follow up, we finally received the quote approximately six weeks later: $4,180 to “replace lock assembly and adjust door,” while reusing our existing handle.
