DO NOT BOOK! Simple as that. Chris seems very attentive to get you to sign the contract so you believe customer service will be excellent but it’s not. A lot of money for a mediocre job at best. All my other wedding vendors were excellent but honesty he caused a lot of stress during my wedding. Maybe at one point he was great but at my wedding his entire team was new. Awful job. 😖 they came to my daughter's wedding...all videos short time they charged my daughter alot for that unprofessional videos. And then after the wedding they said they need extra pay to edit the videos. My daughter didn't want to pay more. Now she got hundreds short short videos with no quality. Bride and groom's First dance video is completely unprofessional it's not all full length, or many times the camera is nailed to a unnecessary views for long time! Inquired about prices and chris was extremely unprofessional, pompous and condescending. When inquired about budget, he had was extremely dismissive when we mentioned we had a tight budget.
