I went in for ovarian cysts and pelvic pain. I told the nurse my pain level was from 4-8 and currently at a 5. Dr. Bauer recorded in my chart that my level of pain was 0 at rest and 3 during activity. I called the practice and asked why my pain was recorded wrong and the nurse told me that the nursing staff had recorded the pain level of 5. He told me I have endometriosis by saying "Has anyone ever told you that you have endometriosis?" Very disappointing experience with this doctor. From the start the office staff (medical secretaries/ assistants) were very sweet and helpful. The issues arose after it was time for me to undress and wait for the doctor. I waited a while, not extremely long. About 10 minutes of my 15 minute wait in the room consisted of hearing Dr. Bauer complain and be irritated with the medical assistants about taking vitals after a patient has been discharged. Dr.Bauer is the only reason I still come to this place since he's a great doctor. I've had problems with the front desk staff before for being rude and unprofessional, but today was something I wish no one has to experience ever in the healthcare service. Today the front desk associate tried denying me a doctor visit. Then the manager got on the phone and didn't help either since she was also denying me the opportunity to see my doctor. The Dr and his new medical assistant are very rude and cold. I went there and he kept cutting me off when I was asking questions and kept saying ‘Are We Good’ so he could leave the room. Absolutely no compassion whatsoever Will never be going here again after my last experience
